Зарождение языка относится с доисторической эре BBS, где против компьютерного пираства и хакеров была введена цензура... сообщения автоматически удалялись при использовании определенных слов, да и пускать в свой круг непосвященных им не очень то хотелось... происходит от слова elite. Часть слов языка это просто хитрая транслитерация букв, часть заимстована и тарнсформирована
